College
- Helped Providence reach the 1997 NCAA Elite Eight before losing to eventual NCAA champion Arizona.
- Finished eighth on Providence's all-time scoring list with 1,523 points, his 645 points as a senior ranking as the eighth-best single-season mark in Providence history.
- As a senior, Croshere was a unanimous All-Big East Conference First Team selection after he averaged 17.9 points and 7.5 rebounds, finished sixth in the nation in free throw percentage at .888 and established a Big East record for free throw percentage with a .933 mark in conference games.

- A member of the gold medal-winning Team USA in the 1996 U-22 World Championship Qualifying Tournament, averaging 13.4 points and 3.6 rebounds in five games.
- Won a gold medal as a member of Team USA at the 1995 World University games in Fukouka, Japan.
