Cedric Simmons

Cedric Simmons (born January 3, 1986 in Shallotte, North Carolina) is an American professional basketball player, currently with the NBA Chicago Bulls. He was traded from New Orleans to Cleveland for David West.

A 6'9", 233 lbs. power forward, Simmons was selected by the Hornets in the 1st round (15th overall pick) of the 2006 NBA Draft. As a sophomore at North Carolina State University, he averaged 11.8 points, 6.3 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 2.5 blocks per game.
