Chinese Basketball Management Center (国家体育总局篮球管理中心 or 体总篮球管理中心 or 篮管中心) or CBMC is the national governing body for basketball in the Peoples' Republic of China. The current president is Zhang Faqiang.

A national mass sports organization and member of the All-China Sports Federation. Its highest organ of power is the CBA National committee, the executive organ is the CBA Standing Committee, and the secretariat is in charge of the administration work.

In 1994 bold steps were taken in professionalizing the sport. As a result, men's teams brought in more economic returns through crowd-pulling matches, which consequently increased the income of teams and players by wide margins, while the women's clubs also obtained the financial support from various enterprises. Since 1994, the reform was stimulated keener competition in tournaments, not only attracting larger numbers of audience, but also helping raise overall playing standards.
