JaMes Luster (born April 13, 1989 in Providence, Rhode Island), also known as "JDoGg", is an American basketball player who is signing up to play on the And 1 Mixtape Tour. Luster is five-foot-four and weighs 140 pounds. Luster is widely regarded as one of the most on shooters when he is having his day.

Biography

Originally from Providence, Luster spent the majority of his youth in Chattanooga, Tennessee and Atlanta Georgia. After elementary school he found himself in Massachusetts jobless, No money, and having only a vague notion of what he’d like to do for a living. He found life at the courts, spending long hours in pick-up games and solitary practices, developing ball-handling skills that would one day bring him fame and fortune.

Luster and his friend Travon Wilcher met at school early in 2000 and the two formed a friendship. Travon Wilcher played on Killer Crossover Tour Classic. The Killer Crossover Tour Classic is also a streetball tour. So Travon went his way up as James Luster was left with lacking off doing other things getting into trouble iin school as when Travon Wilcher found himself with scholarships as they were only in middle school. The friendship between Wilcher and Luster faded as he transferred on to a private school in Springfield, Massachusetts and they have not talked since.

Luster came back practicing more then ever with his ball handling skills and focused on trying to get high so he could have a future as well as being the shortest guy to ever dunk his freshmen year he injured himself in a practice causing rehab to get his ankle back in place.. He has dealt with a lot of injuries due to his leg which had him off basketball another half of year so Luster will be at the court trying to

On The Court

JDoGg is known for his many ball-handling tricks. Some of his famous moves include the following:

Dont BE Scared - This is regarded as Luster's signature move. He begins by dribbling the ball crossing doing what he does then a quick fake by throwing the ball to the opponents face with their reaction as being scared Luster taunts the player and goes for the basket.

Slow-Mo - Luster dribbles the ball at normal speed and then crosses through slowly,when the defender goes to steal the ball, Luster is gone leaving opponents confused.

You Reach, I Teach - Defender guarding Luster on top Dee, Luster backs up a little, Slip and Slide defender reaches, Luster is gone.

Trivia

• Luster's homecourt is Smith Street Ave in Providence, RI.
• Luster's nickname was originally "Da n Famous" because of a phrase he said after his shot attempts. However it eventually morphed into "Da nFamous JDoGg." Other nicknames include "Lue" or simply, "J Lust."
• Maintains the Angel Robinson-monikered slogan of being able to shake a person "fast or in slow motion."
• Pre-game superstition is to go on court with shoes untied.
• Grew up idolizing Reggie Miller, Baron Davis and AI.
• Was Conference All-Star in 2005-06
• Led team in assist and points 2005-06 and 2006-07
• Luster's signature maneuver "Don't BE scared" is featured in the And 1 Streetball video game.
