Biography

Jamar Davis attended high school at Mount Vernon High School (class of 2001). Pharmacist played ball this summer at the famed Rucker Park in NYC on Team Ruff Ryders. His major highlight came when he pulled a defender's jersey completely off while maintaining possession of the ball. He also played in the 2003-2004 Pro League in Engelwood, NJ on Team Uptown where he averaged more than 20 points and eight assists. While playing ball at Rucker Park in 2001, he was nicknamed the Pharmacist by Hannibal (The Rucker MC) because his moves were "morphine based". Pharmacist played on the opposing team during the East Coast leg of the 2003 AND 1 Mix Tape Tour. He proved to be very strong at the point guard position with his array of passes and dribbling moves. He was invited back to play on the opposing team in the New York game of the 2004 AND 1 Mix Tape Tour and produced one of the summer's most memorable highlights, pulling Hot Sauce's jersey completely off his back while maintaining possession of the ball. That move helped him land an invitation on the 2004 International AND 1 Mix Tape Tour this November.
