Jason Kidd (born March 23, 1973) is a NBA Point Guard for the Dallas Mavericks. Heralded as a one of a kind point guard since high school went to Cal and continued to turn heads with his amazing passing skills and tenacious defense. He is so obsessed with the triple-double he wore number 32 during his careers in Dallas and Pheonix. In New Jersey #32 was taken so he settled for #5.(3+2). On February 19, 2008 the Mavericks traded Devin Harris, Keith Van Horn, Gana Diop, Trenton Hassell, Moe Ager and two 2008 draft picks for himself, Malik Allen, and Antoine Wright.

Kidd graduated from St. Joseph Notre Dame High School in Alameda, California, where he led his team to back-to-back California Division 1 state titles. He also has improved his perimeter shooting while maintaining his defensive presence...
