Early entry candidate for the 2000 NBA Draft…ranks second on Minnesota’s all-time single-season list with 84 blocks, tallied as a freshman, trailing only former Bucks/NBA center Randy Breuer, who holds the mark with 87…earned Basketball News All-America honors as a freshman. 1999-2000 (Sophomore): Played in 21 games …led the team in scoring (14.2 ppg), rebounds (8.4 rpg), blocks (81) and field goal percentage (.613)…his 3.9 blocks per game ranked fourth in the nation…finished first in the Big Ten Conference in field goal percentage, second in blocks and third in rebounding. 1998-99 (Freshman): Started 26 of 28 games…finished second in the Big Ten and eighth in the nation in blocks (3.0 bpg)…ranked second on the team and eighth in the Big Ten Conference with 5.8 rebounds per game…recorded a career-high 10 blocks at Fresno State…grabbed 15 rebounds against Oregon.
