LeRoy Edwards (April 11, 1914 – August 25, 1971) was an American basketball player. He was nicknamed "Cowboy" and "Lefty."

A 6'5" center who starred at Indianapolis Arsenal Tech High School, Edwards graduated in 1933. He played one season of varsity basketball at the University of Kentucky, scoring 343 points in 21 games.

Edwards was one of the best professional players in the era before the NBA. From 1937 to 1949 he played for the Oshkosh All-Stars of the National Basketball League, winning two championships and leading the league in scoring three times. He is also the second-leading career scorer in NBL history, scoring 3,221 points in 320 games (10.0 PPG average); only Bobby McDermott, with 3,583 career points is ahead of him. He was named All-League first team six times and second team once.

He was also a member of the All-Stars teams that played in nine of the ten World Professional Basketball Tournaments over the years. He played in five championship games, winning it all in 1942. Edwards was named to the All-Tournament team three times.

He was inducted into the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame in 1980. In 1970 he was inducted into the Helms Foundation Basketball Hall of Fame.
