Biography

Played four seasons at Oregon and was named a finalist for the Wooden and Naismith Player of the Year awards...also earned First Team All-American honors from The Sporting News, Basketball Times, ESPN.com and CBS Sportsline.com… only player in Oregon history to rank in the top 10 in nine categories: scoring (second), free throws made (first), steals (third), free-throw percentage (third), assists (fourth), field goals made (fourth), three-point field goals made (sixth), rebounding (seventh) and three-point percentage (seventh)...as a senior led Oregon in scoring (21.2), rebounding (7.2) and assists (4.5)…one of only two players in Pac-10 history to accumulate over 1,900 points, 700 rebounds and 400 assists…scored a career-high 42 points and grabbed 10 rebounds against Arizona on Feb. 19….scored 29 straight points en route to 40 points in a first-round NIT game against Colorado...also named All-Pac-10 First Team and All-Tournament team as a senior…recorded his second career triple-double as a junior with 14 points, 11 rebounds and 12 assists against Florida A&M, joining California’s Jason Kidd and Arizona’s Loren Woods as the only players in Pac-10 history with multiple triple-doubles…earned All-Pac-10 honors as A junior after being the only player in the conference to rank in the top 10 in scoring (16.0), rebounding (6.9) and assists (3.6)…scored 27 points on 9-14 FG at UCLA…finished with 26 points and nine rebounds against Kansas…grabbed a career-high 14 rebounds at Arizona…nailed the game-winning three-pointer against UCLA in the semifinal of the 2003 Pac-10 tournament…named to Pac-10 All-Tournament team after averaging 15.7 points, and 9.7 rebounds in three tournament games…was named All-Pac-10 as a sophomore, averaging 16.7 points, 5.4 rebounds and 3.3 assists…started all 35 games and scored in double figures 31 times and reached 20 points 10 times…also named Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention…led Ducks to first win over Stanford in six years with 27 points…was Oregon’s leading scorer in 2002 NCAA Tournament, averaging 20.5 points and taking the Ducks to the Elite Eight…played in 28 games (six starts) as a freshman…became the first Duck in 28 seasons to notch a triple-double with 14 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists at Washington on Feb. 17, 2001…named to the Pac-10 All-Freshman team…scored in double figures 10 times and led the team in scoring in three games.
