Marc Anthony Jackson (born January 16, 1975 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American professional basketball player formerly in the NBA and currently playing with the Olympiakos in Greece. After a career at Temple University, he was drafted in the second round (37th overall) of the 1997 NBA Draft by the Golden State Warriors; however he did not commence play with them until 2000. Fearing that they would lose out as there was no guarantee he would sign a second contract with them, the Warriors traded Jackson to the Minnesota Timberwolves before the trade deadline in February 2002, where he played for 1½ seasons. In 2003, he signed with the Philadelphia 76ers. They traded him to the New Jersey Nets during the 2005 offseason, after a deal to bring in Shareef Abdur-Rahim from the Portland Trail Blazers to the Nets fell through. He also is a horse rancher. Before the 2005-06 trade deadline, he was traded by the New Jersey Nets to the New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets.

Marc Jackson is a fearless bigman who is known for his dominant attack towards the basket, and his ability to intimidate his opponents with his verbal taunts during gameplay. He was presented the sixth man of the year, and made the nba defense team as a Golden State Warriors.
