Marco Muggiani

Marco Muggiani was an early Italian player. He represented Italy in the Inter-Allied Games in 1919.

He was the first secretary of the Italian Basketball Federation (FIB), elected in 1921 and serving until 1926.

In 1923 he played for Internazionale Milano in the first Scudetto, the Italian championship sponsored by the FIB.

In 1926 Muggiani coached the Italian national team in their first international meetings, against France.
