Nic Belasco

Nic Belasco (born December 10, 1973 in North California, USA) is a 6 ft 6 and 210 lb power forward who is a Filipino professional basketball player currently playing with the Coca-Cola Tigers. After spending almost seven seasons with San Miguel, Belasco found a home in Alaska as he led the team in scoring (13.2) and rebounds (9.0) last year. He missed one game to match Jeffrey Cariaso’s feat of starting all 48 games but nevertheless, the 6-6 forward had a great season with the Aces.
About the Player
He made a serious run for Best Player of the Conference honors in the Philippine Cup but his team faltered in the semis and settled for third place. He was seventh in rebounds and sixth in minutes played (35.3) last year. He’s the tallest player in the top 10 of the 3-point field goals made category, burying 1.5 triples a night or a total of 73 treys.
