Oakwood Recreational Center

Oakwood Rec Center is the only gym in the Venice Beach (California) area. It is home to the Hooptainers, Baron Davis and other pro notables play pick up ball and workout there. Joe Bryant (Kobe Bryant's father) also trains foreign players there.

When it rains in Southern California and you can't play at the beach you head over to Oakwood Rec Center, where the Hooptainers and Jay "Real Game" Boogie come in and train.

Movies are also shot there, the latest one being Ball Don't Lie, starring Grayson Scott Boucher AKA - The Professor, Ludacris, Nick Cannon and Jay Boogie.
