Raitis Grafs (born June 12, 1981 in Riga, Latvia) is a basketball center currently playing for ASK Riga in the Latvian Basketball League. He stand 6'11" (2.10m) and weighs 225 lbs. (102kg).
Grafs played at Valparaiso University, 1999-2003. As a senior he averaged 16.5ppg and 5.9rpg. In 2003-04 he played for Telindus Oostende in the Belgian League. In 2004-05 he played for Slask Wroclaw in the Polish League. In 2005-06 he returned to his native Latvia to play for BK Ventspils. Since the beginning of the 2006-07 season he has played for ASK Riga.
Grafs has been a member of the Latvia national team in 1997-98, 2001, and 2003-06.
