Red Sarachek High School Basketball Tournament

The Red Sarachek High School Basketball Tournament is hosted annually by Yeshiva University, New York City. The Sarachek tournament is the most prestigious tournament for Jewish high school basketball teams and attracts hundreds of students from 18 different schools across the US and Canada. The 2007 tournament featured teams from as far away as Canada, Florida and California.
The tournament, first held in 1991, honors Red Sarachek, who was the coach at Yeshiva University for nearly 40 years.
