Ronald Murray

Ronald "Flip" Murray (born July 29, 1979 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American professional basketball player currently competing for the Detroit Pistons of the NBA. Murray, who stands 6 feet 4 inches, plays both guard positions. He has been nicknamed "Flip" from his early love of gymnastics.
Murray was drafted by the Milwaukee Bucks in the second round of the 2002 NBA Draft after playing collegiately at Shaw University. He has played for the Bucks, the Seattle SuperSonics, the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Pistons, whom he signed with during the summer of 2006 for $3.6 million (USD) over 2 years. The Pistons acquired him in an effort to improve their bench depth.
In five NBA seasons, Murray has recorded averages of 9.3 points per game, 2.3 assists, and 2.0 rebounds.
