Streetball dunks: a number of dunks explained in three easy steps.

Nerve Damage

Difficulty level: 4/5

  1. Throw the basketball at the backboard so it rebounds to about three feet above your head.
  2. Jump and do a 180-degree twist, then catch the basketball with both hands. You should be in the air and facing away from the basket at this point.
  3. Finish off by doing a reverse dunk with both hands on the basketball.

Remix

Also known as a reverse crossover dunk. Difficulty level: 4/5

  1. Run up, parallel to the backboard, and jump under the basket with the ball in your right hand.
  2. Put the ball through your legs to your left hand. At this point you should be in the air, facing away from the basket, with the ball in your left hand.
  3. Finish off by doing a reverse dunk with the ball in both hands or just your left hand.

Hang Time

Difficulty level: 5/5

  1. Run up to the basket, jump into the air and do a 360-degree twist in the air.
  2. At the same time, with the basketball in both hands, move your arms in a circular motion, also know as a windmill. At this point you should be in the air with the ball in both hands.
  3. Finish off by dunking the ball with both hands.
