Yao vs. Yi

Game 1 goes to Yao and Houston.
Yao Ming and Yi Jianlian -- the two giants from China -- started their NBA rivalry on November 9, 2007, when Yao's Houston Rockets hosted Yi and the Milwaukee Bucks. An estimated quarter-billion (with a "B") watched the game live in China.

Game 1
Houston proved to be rude hosts, however, as they went on a fourth quarter spurt to break open the close game, winning 104-88. Yao proved himself worthy of league MVP consideration, finishing with 28 points, 10 rebounds and three blocked shots. Yi was no slacker, ending with with 19 points and nine rebounds.
