A Season on the Brink, from 2002, is a made-for-TV movie that chronicles the Indiana University's 1985-86 season, when Coach Bobby Knight allowed writer John Feinstein access to the team’s practices and meetings. The film is based on the book of the same name by Feinstein.

The film stars Brian Dennehy, Al Thompson, James Lafferty, Duane Murray, Gary Hudson, Benz Antoine, Phoenix Gonzales, Patrick Williams, Thomas Hauff, Dan Becker, Manfred Maretzki, and Chad Bruce.
