Mike Bratz

Michael "Mike" Louis Bratz (born October 17, 1955, in Lompoc, California, USA) is a retired American professional basketball player. He attended high school at Lompoc High School, in Lompoc, California. He attended college at Stanford University.
He was selected in the third round (66th pick overall) of the 1977 NBA Draft by the Phoenix Suns. On May 28, 1980, he was drafted by the Dallas Mavericks from the Phoenix Suns in the NBA expansion draft. On September 16, 1980, he was traded by the Mavericks to the Cleveland Cavaliers for a 1984 1st round draft pick (which turned out to be Sam Perkins).
Bratz played in nine seasons in the NBA, with the Suns, Cavaliers, San Antonio Spurs, Chicago Bulls, Golden State Warriors, and Sacramento Kings. He is the last Bulls player to wear #23 prior to Michael Jordan.
