Demetrius "Tony" Antonio Battie (born February 11, 1976 in Dallas, Texas) is an American professional basketball player in the NBA at Center/Power Forward for the Philadelphia 76ers.

Battie attended South Oak Cliff High School in Dallas and played college basketball for the Texas Tech Red Raiders where he ended his career as the school all-time leader in blocked shots with 162. Battie was drafted 5th overall by the Denver Nuggets in the 1997 NBA Draft where he played one season. He's also played for the Boston Celtics six seasons, the Cleveland Cavaliers, and the Magic in a trade that brought Drew Gooden and Anderson Varejão to the Cavaliers. In his ten-year career, Battie is averaging 6.7 points and 5.7 rebounds per game.

Battie, along with his brother Derreck, also saved his teammate, Paul Pierce, by rushing him to a nearby hospital after a near-fatal stabbing.
