Torgeir Bryn (born August 19, 1964, in Oslo, Norway) is a professional basketball player from Norway. He stands 6'10" tall, and weights 260 lbs. Bryn is notable for being the first Scandinavian to play in the NBA, and remains the only Norwegian who has played in the league thus far. His performances, for the Los Angeles Clippers, were limited to playing ten minutes over three games. In these games he totaled four points.
He attended Southwest Texas State University. Bryn also played professionally for a number of European clubs. His Norwegian clubs include Ammerud, Oslo Kings and the Harstad Vikings. He had his best season for Ammerud in 1999-2000, when he averaged 27 points, 18 rebounds and 7 blocks per game and was named the Norway League MVP.
Bryn made a comeback for Ammerud Basket at the age of 43, before the 2007–08 BLNO-season. He now plays together with his son, Martin Bryn.
Of all members of Norway's national basketball team, Bryn has played in the most international games, 111.
