Yelena Leuchanka (born April 30, 1983) is a professional basketball player in the WNBA at Center for the Atlanta Dream.
A four-time member of the Belarus National Team, the 6'5" Leuchanka began her WNBA career with the Charlotte Sting. She played college basketball at West Virginia.

International competitions
A member of the Belarus women's national basketball team, Leuchanka competed at the 2008 Olympics for her country after leading the squad at the Olympic Qualifying Tournament in June 2008. She also competed at EuroBasket Women 2007 for Belarus.
